Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Integration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating ServiceNow with various systems and technologies.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation of integration processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration failures or errors.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for integration security and quality.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase quality.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its applications.
Experience with API design and development using RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
