About the Role


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules, build automation workflows, and ensure high-performance delivery of IT service management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills, integration expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders. 


 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and customize modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. 
  • Configure UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Notifications, Inbound Actions, SLA Definitions, and Business Rules. 
  • Manage the asset lifecycle across hardware and software portfolios. 
  • Work with CMDB, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Service Catalog, and Service Portal. 
  • Implement and configure ITOM modules such as Discovery, Event Management, IRE Rules, and MID Servers. 
  • Integrate with external systems using Integration Hub Spokes and OAuth 2.0. 
  • Develop and maintain CMDB data models and implement REST integrations. 
  • Manage ServiceNow upgrades and instance cloning. 
  • Build automation workflows and monitor system health using native ServiceNow functionalities. 
  • Develop reports, Platform Analytics, and Performance Analytics dashboards. 
  • Work on WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) and Major Incident Management tasks. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate service management needs into technical solutions. 

 

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Strong ServiceNow scripting knowledge (client-side & server-side). 
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integrations, and ITOM capabilities. 
  • Expertise in ServiceNow administration, CMDB management, and catalog creation. 
  • Experience with OAuth 2.0-based integrations and REST API development. 
  • Proficiency with Performance Analytics and building actionable reports. 
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Upgrade and Cloning best practices. 
  • Exposure to WSD and Major Incident processes. 


 


Required Experience:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience. 
  • Experience in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Service Catalog implementations. 
  • Proven track record in building integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. 
  • Prior exposure to Enterprise IT service management workflows.
