We have a paid internship opportunity for Intern Business Development, successful internship can eventually lead to a full-time job offer.

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Intern, will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions that align with our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand our products/services market presence.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities.

3. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle business.

4. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company&aposs practice leaders/Principals.

5. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.

6. Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients.

7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to gain a competitive edge.

8. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the agency&aposs network, build relationships, and generate new leads.

9. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.

10. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and their requirements.

13. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets, providing regular reports to management.

12. To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.

Requirements :

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to establish and maintain client connections.

- Analytical mindset to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
