We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong capabilities in GRC module implementation, particularly across Risk Management, Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM). The role also involves workspace development, portal customization, and integration with third-party systems. A blend of technical proficiency and business understanding is essential to align GRC solutions with organizational and regulatory goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management
• Customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports to meet business objectives

🔹 Workspace & Portal Development:

• Build and enhance IRM Workspaces and ServiceNow Portals
• Develop custom catalog forms and widgets for GRC use cases

🔹 Scripting & Customization:

• Develop and maintain client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.)
• Ensure high performance and scalability of customizations

🔹 Integration:

• Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
• Manage and troubleshoot integration-related issues

🔹 System Administration & Support:

• Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and user support
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve platform usability and adoption

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules – Risk, Compliance, Audit, and VRM
• Proficiency in Workspace and Portal development
• Advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.)
• Solid integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of GRC processes and the ability to map them into technical solutions
• Platform administration and performance optimization expertise
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• CIS – Vendor Risk (TPRM)
• CIS – Audit Management (Preferred if available)
• CIS – Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• CSA – ServiceNow System Administrator
• CAD – Certified Application Developer
