Job Summary:

ServiceNow GRC Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow GRC applications including:
• Policy and Compliance Management
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management
• Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Customize GRC dashboards, reports, and scorecards to provide actionable insights to users.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide support as needed.
• Conduct unit testing and support UAT efforts.
• Maintain documentation for technical designs, implementation procedures, and system configurations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and implement upgrade testing and changes where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  5 years of hands-on experience

  with ServiceNow development.
• At least

  3+ years of experience specifically working with ServiceNow GRC

  modules.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP web services, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with integration of GRC with other modules (SecOps, ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing GRC risk frameworks, control testing, and continuous monitoring.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow CSA and GRC Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
