ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to support business objectives, enhance portfolio visibility, and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules (Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management).Implement and maintain CRM functionalities within ServiceNow to streamline customer interactions and data management.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations with third-party systems.Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for ServiceNow applications.Conduct user training and create documentation for implemented solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.Strong expertise in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) including Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Management.Experience with CRM capabilities within ServiceNow or integrated solutions.Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs.Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM.Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).Exposure to Agile methodologies and reporting dashboards.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
