About The Opportunity

We operate in the IT Services & Digital Transformation sector, delivering enterprise-grade ITSM, ITOM and Service Management solutions for large customers across industries. We're hiring an on-site ServiceNow Developer in India to build scalable ServiceNow applications, integrations and portals that improve IT operations and user experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure and customise ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) within scoped applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop server- and client-side scripts using JavaScript and the Glide API, and implement business rules, script includes, UI policies and UI actions.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server and third-party connectors.
• Develop Service Portal pages, widgets and catalog items to deliver intuitive user experiences and streamline service requests.
• Manage update sets, application versioning and release deployments across environments; troubleshoot performance and security issues.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and QA in Agile ceremonies to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and deliverables.
