Primary Job Title:

ServiceNow Developer (best-performing standardized title)

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site ServiceNow Developer in India to join a delivery-focused team building enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations that enable ITSM, automation, and digital workflows for large-scale clients.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow customizations and scoped applications to meet business requirements.
Develop server-side and client-side scripts (Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions) and build Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub actions.
Implement and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Catalog) and CMDB integrations following ITIL best practices.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, scripted REST endpoints, MID Server integrations and external system connectors.
Create and optimize Service Portal/UI Builder pages, catalog items, workflows and user-facing components for high usability and accessibility.
Manage update sets/source control, participate in release/patch cycles, troubleshoot production issues and drive post-deployment support.
