Job Description

Develop, configure, and customize
ServiceNow applications
including:

ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration)
ITAM (Hardware, Software Asset Management)
HRSD (HR Case Management, Onboarding)
CSM (Customer Service Management)
SecOps / GRC (Policy, Risk, Compliance, Vulnerability Response)

Build automation workflows using
Flow Designer and Integration Hub
.
Create and maintain
Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Catalog Items
, and
REST/SOAP Integrations
.
Implement and maintain
Custom Applications
within ServiceNow App Engine.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure business requirements are met with technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, upgrade, and optimize ServiceNow modules for performance and scalability.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in
JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS
.
Knowledge of
ITIL processes
and CMDB structure.
Integration experience with external systems using
API, JDBC, LDAP, or SSO
.
Certifications preferred:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM).
