Role: Service Now Developer

Applicants must have 6-11 years of technical working experience, be willing to accept to work in any location as required by that includes Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Kolkata, Chennai, Coimbatore and have English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Position - 1

Web technologies, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and UI/UX design

• Knowledge ITIL Framework & Process, SaaS architecture, multi-tenancy, security basics.
• Prior experience working with Ticketing systems (e.g., BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management) , CRM tools like Salesforce Microsoft dynamics etc, Scripting & Programming that includes web technologies, Java/HTML/CSS/Angular/React JS/Mobile technologies, Workflow Automation and orchestration (UiPath, Power Automate), in Workflow Automation and orchestration (UiPath, Power Automate).

Position - 2

ITOM CMDB

We are looking for talented developers, senior developers with 4 to 8 years of IT experience with strong backgrounds who can leverage prior experience in web technologies, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools to configure and develop solutions in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.

• Experience in Web/SaaS/CRM development, with strong API and integration experience, monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Dynatrace) or cloud orchestration.
• Understanding of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP basics , Server administration, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls), configuration items (CIs), Cloud resource provisioning and monitoring and familiarity with APIs for cloud services
