Job Description

About the Role:

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization:
Design, develop, and implement new ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflows.
Integration:
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure, Jira, or third-party APIs).
Configuration:
Configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM based on business requirements.
Maintenance:
Support platform upgrades, patches, and release management to ensure system stability and performance.
Automation:
Create and optimize flows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.

Preferred:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
required or must obtain shortly after joining.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certifications.
Experience with Agile methodologies or DevOps pipelines for ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
Experience working with ServiceNow Scoped Applications and Flow Designer.
