ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform system administration tasks including user management, access control, data imports, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide user support.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development or administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Performance Analytics.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
