Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions. Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client needs. Troubleshoot issues related to CMDB management, HRSd implementation, GRC compliance, and Flow Designer configuration. Provide training and support to clients on servicenow tools such as ITIL v3/4 processes. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB/GRC/ServiceNow development. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university. Strong understanding of JavaScript programming language for developing custom scripts within ServiceNow platform.
