Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Bangalore (Preferred) / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Kolkata / Delhi

Work Mode: Hybrid

Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Employment Type: Contract

Notice Period: 0 to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement
complex business workflows
within ServiceNow.
Build, customize, and optimize
ServiceNow applications and modules
.
Design and configure
ServiceNow workflows
to support business processes.
Integrate
ServiceNow with third-party applications
using APIs, web services, or other integration methods.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to workflows and integrations.

Required Skills

4–8 years of hands-on experience as a
ServiceNow Developer
.
Strong expertise in
workflow design, Flow Designer, and Business Rules
.
Experience with
ServiceNow integrations
(REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools).
Good understanding of
ITSM processes
and ServiceNow best practices.
Ability to write and debug
JavaScript
for server-side and client-side scripting in ServiceNow.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
