Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow developer with 5 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Knowledge management, Request Management, and Integrations.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop software applications using JavaScript, SOA technologies, and object-oriented programming principles.
Implement and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Knowledge management, and Request Management.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and web services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX practices.
Experience with ServiceNow implementations and building apps in ServiceNow.
Expertise in Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Knowledge management, and Request Management.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and frameworks.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
Notice Period: 0-15 days.
