Job Title: ServiceNow ITBM/SPM Developer Location: PAN India/Remote Experience: 8+ years Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITBM/SPM Developer to join our team and play a key role in implementing and enhancing ServiceNow’s IT Business Management (ITBM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring solutions that help drive value realization through project portfolio management, demand management, resource planning, and financial visibility. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITBM/SPM modules including: Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Demand Management Resource Management Financial Planning & Cost Modeling Agile Development (SAFe/Hybrid models) Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for performance tracking. Ensure best practices are followed in ITBM/SPM implementations and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITBM modules. Provide user training, documentation, and support as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform. Minimum 2–3 years working with ServiceNow ITBM/SPM modules . Strong understanding of Project/Program Management methodologies and portfolio governance. Experience with Time Cards , Capacity Planning , Rate Models , and Financial Planning . Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs . Experience with Agile , Scrum , or SAFe implementations in ServiceNow. ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified Implementation Specialist – ITBM Certified System Administrator Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Performance Analytics and Dashboards within ITBM/SPM. Familiarity with Flow Designer , App Engine Studio , and Scripted REST APIs . Understanding of CMDB and ITSM modules and their relationship with ITBM. Exposure to ServiceNow DevOps , APM (Application Portfolio Management) , or TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
