Job Description

Design, develop, and implement
ServiceNow solutions
using best practices
Customize modules such as
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog
Develop and maintain
Workflows, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
Create and enhance
Service Catalog items
and integrations with other systems via
REST/SOAP APIs
Implement automation for operational efficiency
Maintain and enhance
reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
Ensure platform security through
ACLs and role-based access
Perform
unit testing, debugging, and deployment
across environments
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in
platform upgrades
, testing, and patching
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes

Required Skills

Strong experience in
ServiceNow development and customization
Proficiency in
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API
Experience with
ITSM modules
and CMDB management
Knowledge of
integration protocols
(REST, SOAP, MID Server)
Understanding of
ITIL v4 processes
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
