This role combines deep expertise in AI and machine learning with systems architecture and hands-on implementation, making it ideal for someone who is excited to turn breakthrough AI research into real-world, production-ready solutions. You will play a key role in building agentic AI capabilities intelligent, autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and act on behalf of users and teams, seamlessly integrated into business workflows. From advanced document understanding with computer vision to intelligent scheduling and multilingual chatbots, you will be creating systems that enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and enable operations to scale. This is a high-impact and strategic role with significant influence over our AI roadmap. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to shape our technical direction, while collaborating remotely with colleagues across the United States. Key Responsibilities Architect and enhance our agentic AI systems for enterprise-scale deployments using multi-agent workflows and advanced coordination patterns Design and develop AI-driven solutions including chatbots, voicebots, and intelligent routing engines. Contribute to AI architecture decisions and align solutions with enterprise standards and cloud infrastructure. Deliver prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and production-grade implementations that scale. Build and improve AI models through testing, tuning, and feedback loops. To keep yourself updated with the latest developments in AI and the fast-paced environment of generative AI You should be eager to take on new challenges when exploring these new technologies and to think outside of the box Performing other responsibilities and projects as directed by the Chief Technology Officer The Skills You Need 3+ years of hands-on experience with agentic AI and/or LLM-based agent frameworks, with a proven track record of deploying real-world use cases such as sales automation, operations agents, or analytics bots. Advanced proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of AI/ML libraries including PyTorch, Transformers, and LangChain Experience with dialog and conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow CX/ conversation agents) and other agent tooling frameworks. Strong experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning using methods such as QLoRA and RLHF, and building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with tools like Pinecone and ChromaDB. Knowledge of computer vision techniques including OCR, Vision Transformers, and multimodal model development (images, PDFs, audio). Proven experience designing and building middleware platforms, REST APIs, and distributed systems at scale. Strong understanding of cloud deployment (GCP preferred), containerized services, and scalable infrastructure. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies. Even better if you have Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field, with 5+ years of overall industry experience. Strong computer science fundamentals; able to design and implement efficient algorithms with ease Experience with Django web framework CRM experience, such as Zoho or Salesforce Experience with cloud programming environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Key Technical Skills to Look For Managing databases (SQL/NoSQL) Ensuring security and performance Set up and maintain monitoring tools to track the performance and health of the pipeline which includes identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that latency measurements are accurate Handling cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines Mandatory Skills: Java, Go, and AWS Backend Developer / Engineer Software Engineer (Backend) Systems Engineer Hands on Experience in Golang proficiency with knowledge of JAVA, AWS, or Java proficiency with Golang, AWS knowledge. AWS knowledge (SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) is required. Monitoring tools like Splunk, New Relic knowledge and CI/CD exposure is preferred.
