Responsibility Expectations from the role

Enforcing data quality standards and managing data access controls.
Performing data cleansing and de-duplication to ensure data quality.
Defining data validation rules and enforcing data governance policies.
Configuring CMDB views and dashboards for easy access to relevant information.
Creating reports and dashboards to monitor CMDB health, identify data quality issues, and track changes.
Analyzing CMDB data to identify trends and insights for service improvement.
Working with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to the CMDB.
Providing technical support for CMDB-related queries and troubleshooting issues.
Identifying opportunities to optimize CMDB processes and workflows.
Understanding data integration methods and tools to connect the CMDB with other systems.
Developing and managing data integration processes between ServiceNow and other IT systems.
