The ideal candidate willfocus on the development, customization, and support of ServiceNow modules, including ITService Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and ITOperations Management (ITOM). The role requires strong technical expertise inServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and support ServiceNow applications, specifically in ITSM,SPM, and ITOM modules. Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, andclient/server scripts. Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MIDServer. Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and ChangeManagement processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, scripts, andintegrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translatethem into technical solutions. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UIPolicies, Flow Designer, etc.). Strong understanding of ServiceNow data schema, tables, and relationships. Experience in developing custom applications and modules within ServiceNow. Knowledge of ITIL best practices and their implementation in ServiceNow. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified ImplementationSpecialist (CIS). Prior experience in Agile development methodologies.
