Role & responsibilities

• Drive ServiceNow sales and pre-sales activities across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, SPM, SecOps, and App Engine.
• Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and define winning strategies.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and pain points, and propose ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and proposal preparation in collaboration with technical architects.
• Support creation of business cases, ROI/TCO analyses, and value realization frameworks for clients.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow product releases, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
• Contribute to practice growth initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, solution accelerators, and thought leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.).
• Proven experience in end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle: RFP/RFI handling, solutioning, presentations, and demos.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes and articulate value proposition.
• Experience in building proposals, pricing models, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, delivery, and technical teams.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Pre-Sales certifications) preferred.
• Experience in working with global clients and managing large enterprise accounts.
