ServiceNow - Developer

As a Developer with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation at EY GDS ServiceNow, you will have the opportunity to be part of a leading firm and play a crucial role in its growth. You will work on solving client problems using the ServiceNow platform and collaborate with a high-quality team to build innovative products that address client needs. Your responsibilities will include configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system, creating workflows, automating tasks, integrating systems, and conducting system and integration testing. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows - Build service request fulfilment workflow from customer requirements using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, etc - Use scripting tools and Service Now functionality to automate tasks - Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls, etc. - Gather specifications from business departments, interpret requirements, and develop technical specifications documentation - Load, manipulate, and maintain data between Service-now and other systems - Generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports as needed - Analyze user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities and automate workflows - Conduct system and integration testing with sample and live data Skills and Attributes: - Proficiency in Authentication protocols like Active Directory / LDAP or SiteMinder federation / Azure - Knowledge of Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes - Experience in integrating with internal and external applications and systems - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and good web design practices - Experience with Service Portal implementation - Experience with applications like ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM, Service Portal - Knowledge of Performance Analytics and digital technologies like Machine learning, AI, IOT, Blockchain Qualifications: - College degree in a related technology field or comparable job experiences - 2 to 3 years of experience in a development role with increasing job responsibilities - Mandatory ServiceNow CSA certification - ITIL foundations certification is a plus EY offers you the chance to work on inspiring projects, receive support and coaching from engaging colleagues, and develop new skills in a flexible and empowering environment.
