• Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet our business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Success Management (CSM) and experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions

3. Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations

5. Participate in project planning, design, and implementation

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions

• Required Skills:

• Primary Skill:

1. Customer Success Management (CSM) experience on ServiceNow

2. Strong understanding of CSM processes and best practices

Secondary Skills:

1. HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience on ServiceNow

2. IT Service Management (ITSM) experience on ServiceNow

3. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including development, configuration, and customization

4. Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript and GlideScript

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills:

1. ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization

2. CSM, HRSD, and ITSM modules on ServiceNow

3. Scripting languages, such as JavaScript and GlideScript

4. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices

• Soft Skills:

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

4. Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Certifications:

ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer, are preferred.
