Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (5+ Years Experience)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience, especially in integrations, Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), or Financial Services Operations (FSO). This role requires a strong foundation in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, customizations, and integration work, with a key focus on scalable and secure implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Integrations using REST APIs, ServiceNow Spokes, and other industry-standard methodologies.
• Work on custom integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms and tools.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including creation and modification of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Deliver solutions across one or more of the following modules:
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Financial Services Operations (FSO)
• Maintain and enhance core ITSM functionalities as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and platform customizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and platform owners.
• Stay current with new features and best practices in ServiceNow development and integration.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations – REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Spokes, etc.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM module and platform architecture.
• Proven experience in at least one of the following modules:
• CSM (Customer Service Management)
• HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
• FSO (Financial Services Operations)
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and custom applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS – CSM, HRSD, or IntegrationHub).
• Experience working in offshore delivery models and collaborating with global teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a sprint-based development cycle.
