Role & responsibilities

Skills

Expertise doing development on ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Knowledge Base, and other modules.
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, APIs, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages for ServiceNow.
Experience in Service Portal, Now Mobile, CMDB, Knowledge Base, workflows, integrations and more.
Have understanding of Dev Ops and Agile Methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks related to ServiceNow Development and Support.
Collaborate with business users, business analysts, and project managers to understand and interpret business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and system constraints.
Coordinate with system architects and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive solution designs that meet business needs and technical requirements.
Write clear and detailed technical design documents, outlining system configurations, customizations, and development processes.
Conduct functional testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) support to ensure successful implementation.
Provide ongoing support for the ServiceNow platform, addressing issues, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents as needed to ensure system stability and performance.
Report on task progress, including timelines, potential risks, and issue resolution status to project managers and stakeholders.
Perform additional related tasks as necessary to support the overall success of the project or platform enhancements.

Education: Bachelor in Computer Science

Exp: Minimum 5 Year
