Job Title: Business Development Associate Location: Pune/Remote Type: Full-time / Contract Experience Required: Fresher / 0-5 Years Industry: Information Technology / Global Capability Centers (GCCs) About Us: We are a dynamic organization specializing in providing innovative IT solutions and services to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across IT industries. Our mission is to help GCCs scale and transform with the right talent and technology. We're looking for a driven and tech-savvy Business Development Intern or Fresher to join our team and support our sales and outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools. Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients in the GCC and IT sector . Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients in target geographies and industries. Reach out to potential clients via emails, LinkedIn messages, or other communication platforms. Work closely with the business development team to tailor outreach strategies. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and outreach information. Participate in weekly meetings to report progress and brainstorm strategies. Support pre-sales activities, proposal drafting, and presentation development as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluent in English both written and verbal communication. Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools. Strong interest in business development, sales, and client relationship management. Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields . Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and pitch IT solutions. Ability to research, analyze, and present information effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Preferred: Prior internship or academic project experience related to business development, market research, or client outreach. Understanding of the Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem is a plus
