Job Description

Position: ServiceNow Developer ITSM (with HRSD/CSM/FSM Modules)

About the Role

experienced ServiceNow Developers

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize applications on the
ServiceNow
platform.
Work extensively on
ITSM
and at least two additional modules (
HRSD, CSM, FSM
).
Implement advanced
scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
and
integration
solutions.
Manage
Service Portal
,
CMDB
,
Virtual Agent
,
ITAM
,
ITOM
, and
ITBM
configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
Conduct
code reviews
, maintain best practices, and ensure compliance with platform standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing implementations.

Technical Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience in
ServiceNow Development
(ITSM mandatory).
Expertise in
any two modules:
HRSD / CSM / FSM.
Proficient in
Scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
.
Experience with
Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
.
Familiarity with
Service Portal, CMDB, Virtual Agent, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM
.
Knowledge of
Flow Designer, Catalog Items, and Workflow Automation
.
