Coordinate with system architects and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive solution designs that meet business needs and technical requirements. Write clear and detailed technical design documents, outlining system configurations, customizations, and development processes. Conduct functional testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) support to ensure successful implementation. Provide ongoing support for the ServiceNow platform, addressing issues, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents as needed to ensure system stability and performance. Report on task progress, including timelines, potential risks, and issue resolution status to project managers and stakeholders. Perform additional related tasks as necessary to support the overall success of the project or platform enhancements. Education: Bachelor in Computer Science Exp: Minimum 5 Year
