About Client Hiring for One of Our Multinational Corporations! Job Title : ServiceNow Developer Qualification : Any Graduate or Above Relevant Experience : 5 to 14 Years Must Have Skills : 1. ServiceNow Modules 2. ServiceNow Architecture 3. JavaScript 4. Business Rules 5. Credit & Income 6. Workflow 7. Web development 8. ITIL Framework 9. CMDB Design and Management 10. Access Control Rules (ACLs) Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Custom Applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, then translate them into technical solutions. Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation. Customize ServiceNow forms, business rules, UI actions, scripts, and other functionalities as per business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform. Maintain and upgrade ServiceNow instances, ensuring compliance with best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Perform code reviews, maintain version control, and ensure the use of standardized practices. Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, providing recommendations for improvement. Implement security best practices to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance. Provide support for ServiceNow implementation and post-production environments, including incident and problem management.
