Job Description

Share your updated resume Notice period: Immediate to 15 days 2 rounds of interview Mail: saikumar@coventine.com Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes using Agile methodologies. Implement CMDB, ITAM, HRSd modules to improve asset management and service delivery processes. Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, approval hierarchies, and other configuration settings within ServiceNow. Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITSM implementation. Desired Candidate Profile 6-8 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ITIL v3/4 framework and its application in an ITSM environment. Experience with implementing CMDB, ITAM, HRSd modules in ServiceNow. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or HTML for customizations.
