Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of ELV systems projects, including planning, execution, and CX.
Design coordination and implement ELV systems such as IBMS, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems such as BMS, EPMS, VESDA, FAS, PA, CCTV, ACS, WLD etc.
Expert in commissioning of IBMS, CCTV, ACS & Fire alarm system and track Cx schedule, coordinate with third party Cx team for Cx closure
Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Capable of resolving multiple Complex issues/problems related to execution and commissioning
Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess project feasibility and progress.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during installation and commissioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ELV systems project management.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in the ELV domain.
Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as IBMS, CCTV, access control, and fire alarms.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
