Job Description

Designation : Design Engineer - ELV

Role : ELV design, modeling, detailing and documentation

Discipline : MEP

Platform : CAD & BIM

Duties :

Design, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation:

Design of ELV systems (2D & 3D).
One line diagrams.
Construction documentation (BIM).
Detailed design (BIM).

QC:

Follow project QC checklist: ELV
Implement QC standards across the projects: ELV
Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the projects: ELV

Client Coordination:

Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead.
Capture and analyze the client requirements: Electrical
Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the project lead

Responsibilities :

This role will have no direct reporting associates.

Responsible for overall performance of electrical tasks(as assigned by the project lead).

Overall quality of deliverables to the clients(on the assigned tasks): Electrical

Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients expectations.

Modeling
Detailing
Documentation
Design of ELV Systems (must)

Technical Skillset:

Revit MEP
AutoCAD
BIM360
Navisworks

Domain Knowledge:

USA ELV codes and standards.
Working knowledge on USA projects (must).
Working knowledge of ELV systems.
Design knowledge of ELV systems is a must.

B. Tech / M. Tech (Electrical)
