Job Description

We are looking for proactive and results-driven Business Development Managers to lead our event business across key cities in India. This role is ideal for professionals with strong networks and a passion for driving corporate, MICE, brand activation, and lifestyle event sales. You will be responsible for building client relationships, closing deals, and ensuring revenue growth in your assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B events sector. Actively pitch our services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations. Generate and nurture leads from corporates, agencies, and strategic partners. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to prepare tailored proposals. Track market trends and competitor activity to strategically position our offerings. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular revenue forecasts. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Represent our Company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and timely reporting to the reporting head or senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in event sales, corporate sales, or experiential marketing. Strong network and existing client base in your respective region is highly preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. A self-starter with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for client meetings and events. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
