WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design and configure CSM modules (cases, SLAs, portals, escalation paths); - Build rich Service Portals with custom logic and dashboards;- Integrate external CRMs and backend systems;- Lead documentation, testing, and training for deployments;- Collaborate with technical teams and business owners.

MUST HAVES

-

4+ years ServiceNow

, with

2+ in CSM implementations;

- Strong in scripting,

Flow Designer,

and

Virtual Agent

;- Frontend customization and

UX mindset;

- Fluent

English

and a self-starting attitude.

NICE TO HAVES

- Insurance industry background.
