Job Description

🔥 Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Engineer - WFH THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE WORKING OPPORTUNITY. If you are interested and fulfill the below mentioned criteria then send me your resume at kapil.nawab@agileengine.com Requirements ● 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles ● Experience leading distributed engineering or support teams ● Deep knowledge of AWS, Terraform, GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker ● Experience with VPN tunnels, SFTP setup, and cloud-based networking ● Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell/Bash) ● Strong incident management and observability experience ● Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across time zones ● Familiarity working in compliance-heavy environments (HIPAA, GDPR) ● Ability to train, mentor, and support junior team members ● Experience in driving process improvement and automation ● The Lead SRE position requires working a Panama schedule with 8-hour shifts daily. Additionally, on-call duties are expected 2-3 days per week, which includes being on call every other weekend. Nice to Have ● Experience with Mirth and IRIS EHR systems ● Familiarity with Bitbucket, Codefresh, Ansible ● Familiarity with Python for scripting ● Previous involvement in healthcare or medical device environments ● Understanding of high-availability infrastructure patterns
