Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions within the ServiceNow environment. This includes customizing ServiceNow applications, creating customer portals, and automating and improving processes. The ServiceNow Developer will also be responsible for maintaining and updating systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
Experience with AngularJS or ReactJS.
Knowledge of database design and SQL.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HR, CMDB, etc.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and patching.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience with performance analytics in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and plugins.
