ServiceNow CSM Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing and developing solutions using ServiceNow CSM modules such as Case Management, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, and Knowledge Management. - Customizing ServiceNow applications and facilitating the rollout of new modules and applications. - Developing and maintaining workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data policies, and integrations. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Working closely with QA and ServiceNow administrators to ensure timely delivery and deployment of features. - Participating in ServiceNow upgrade planning and testing. - Maintaining technical documentation for solutions developed.
