ServiceNow CSM Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM), you will play a crucial role in the growing ServiceNow team. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow CSM applications to enhance customer engagement and service delivery capabilities. Your expertise in ServiceNow CSM architecture, scripting, integration skills, and ITIL processes will be essential in leading the technical design and development of various CSM solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to delivering scalable and high-performance CSM solutions tailored to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Customize and enhance CSM components like Case Management, Customer Portals, Agent Workspaces, and Knowledge Management. - Develop and manage custom widgets, Service Portals, and advanced UI customizations using JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS. - Build and maintain system integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs. - Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations. - Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices and enterprise architecture standards. - Collaborate with CSM process owners, business analysts, and developers to define and implement business requirements. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to CSM modules and integrations. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on the CSM module for at least 2 years. - Strong understanding of CSM data model, JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow Script Frameworks, and integration knowledge using REST/SOAP APIs. - Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM. - Exposure to ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Surveys, or IntegrationHub is a strong plus. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is beneficial.,
