Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Define and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Focus areas include ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, core platform, integrations, and module configurations.
  

Technical Consultation & Leadership

• Lead technical solutioning sessions with clients.
• Offer expert guidance and make key architectural decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader during all project phases.
  

Thought Leadership

• Establish the organization’s credibility and thought leadership within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Drive innovation and adopt new platform capabilities in real-world implementations.
  

Implementation Support

• Collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Ensure development standards and architectural principles are followed.
  

Integration & Automation

• Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems.
• Leverage Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, eBonding, and other integration techniques.
  

Performance Optimization

• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement best practices for monitoring, health checks, and issue resolution.
  

Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to QA standards and practices.
• Review solution design and code for compliance and best practices.
  

Security & Compliance

• Develop and implement robust security solutions aligned with evolving compliance requirements.
• Drive secure configurations and monitor for vulnerabilities.
  

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Share knowledge across the team and contribute to internal knowledge base and best practice libraries.
  

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform advancements and industry trends.
• Continuously identify ways to improve solutions and services.
  

Client Relationships

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
