ServiceNow - Architect

You are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Advisory Consultant role at NTT DATA, where you will be responsible for combining deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. Your main responsibilities will include leading client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities, developing platform roadmaps, recommending adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, as well as designing and implementing governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks. Additionally, you will configure and customize various ServiceNow modules, perform health scans, and manage integrations with third-party tools. As a successful candidate, you should have 8-11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, a proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery, strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Mandatory certifications include ServiceNow certifications CSA, CAD, CIS-(ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM DISCOVERY) [2 or more], and ITIL Foundation.
