Servicenow Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform and who can integrate systems using middleware wrappers. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and best practices to create efficient and scalable solutions that align with our business needs. You will play a pivotal role in building integrations, configuring / developing middleware wrappers between ServiceNow and Legacy systems , Developing custom UI components , enhancing Service Portal and Customer Service Management (CSM) , TSM (Telecommunication Service Management) functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
• Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions using modules like CSM, ITSM, TSM and others.
• Leverage ServiceNow APIs and integrations to connect with existing enterprise systems and create a seamless user experience and business agility.
• Configure / Build Middleware by mapping fields, handling data types, and potentially applying business logic
• Utilize UI Builder to design and develop user-friendly interfaces, custom pages and workspaces that enhance user adoption and productivity.
• Configure and manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and services.
• Develop and maintain Service Portal configurations to provide a self-service platform for end-users.
• Create and maintain custom workflows and automations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend optimizations to the ServiceNow environment.
• Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and be pivotal in building the team of 10-15 ServiceNow experts
• Document solutions effectively for future reference and knowledge transfer.
• Build Complex Custom applications involving tons of data migration.
• Build Scalable and High Resilient platforms.
• Experience with building ServiceNow platform roadmap

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 8+ years of demonstrably strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, development, and administration.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules like CMDB, CSDM, UI Builder , ITSM is Must
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly, Angular) is a must
• Experience in TSM , ITAM ( SAM + HAM ) , ITOM , Service Mapping , SecOps , SPM , FSO , is a plus.
• CSA (Certified System Administration) , CAD (Certified Application Developer) and atleast 1 CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) Certifications.
• CTA and CMA Certification is a Plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to deliver high impact projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
