24*7 Rotational (US shift) Job Descriptions 24x7 monitoring of alerts, on-call escalation, opening bridges. Monitor and run batch job schedules in Tidal, create schedules, coordinate changes updates with application teams. Must have experience in handling global customer (Specially US) Must have good experience with Monitoring Tools like SCOM, SolarWind Good Understanding of Monitoring Dashboard and Alert Management Must have knowledge of DataCentre Operation processes CIM Critical Incident management, coordinating bridges, engaging resources, sending out and tracking updates of P1 incidents. Must have good experience of ITSM Tool like ServiceNow, Remedy, EasyVistas Management and oversight of offsite/Onsite team from an Staff availability during P1/P2 issues, escalation management.
