Must to Have Skills Expertise in ServiceNow Platform and Development. Expertise in CMDB and Service Mapping, APM Proficient in Discovery Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various IT and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
