Job Summary:

ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
Lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript).
Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend enhancements.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of complex issues.

Required Skills:

ServiceNow Development & Architecture:
510 years of experience; senior-level expertise preferred.
JavaScript & ServiceNow APIs:
Strong proficiency; ITOM and ITSM mandatory, CSM & HRSD secondary.
Integrations:
Proven experience with REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, etc.
Platform Architecture:
Deep understanding of ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
DevOps & Agile:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree
Relevant Certifications:
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist are highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
