Job Title: Semi Voice Process Business Associate Process: VI CBO Wcom Location: Perungudi, Chennai (Work from Office) Department: Customer Support Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are hiring Business Associates for a Semi Voice Process (50% Voice / 50% Email & Chat Support) to support our VI CBO Wcom process. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English and a customer-centric attitude with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through both voice calls and non-voice (email/chat) channels. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
