Job Title: Semi Voice Process Business Associate Process: VI CBO Wcom Location: Perungudi, Chennai (Work from Office) Department: Customer Support Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are hiring Business Associates for a Semi Voice Process (50% Voice / 50% Email & Chat Support) to support our VI CBO Wcom process. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English and a customer-centric attitude with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through both voice calls and non-voice (email/chat) channels. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues. Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers. Ensure adherence to process compliance and customer service quality standards. Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Graduation is mandatory (in any stream). Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer support/service role (voice or non-voice). Communication Skills: Good command over English is essential. Fluency in regional languages will determine salary brackets (see below). Language Preference & Salary Details: Language Proficiency Take-Home Salary Range () Tamil or Telugu 15,000 – 18,000 Hindi & Kannada Up to 22,000 Malayalam Up to 21,000 Job Details: Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays) Work Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off Work Location: Perungudi, Chennai (Work from Office only) Interview Mode: Telephonic interviews available for candidates speaking Hindi, Malayalam, or Kannada Other Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and ESI as per statutory norms Health Insurance benefits available after 6 months of joining Great opportunity to work with a leading telecom client in a customer-focused role
