Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer (Mechanical Fitter) to provide installation, maintenance, and technical support for our products and systems at Office & client locations. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and test mechanical/electrical systems and equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose and repair equipment faults and breakdowns.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with service schedules.
• Provide remote or on-site technical support to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Train customer personnel on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams for feedback and product improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures during all service activities.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (local or international).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in a service engineering or maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, or automation (as applicable).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Good problem-solving skills and hands-on technical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel and work independently on-site.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in industries such as electronics manufacturing, automation, HVAC, energy, or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with required tools
