Service Technician

As a skilled and dedicated Service Technician, your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and safety. You will be a valuable addition to our dealership team. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect vehicles for mechanical and electrical issues. - Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and repair as required. - Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc. - Ensure all repairs and services are accurately documented. - Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. - Communicate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines. - Deliver high-quality work to meet customer satisfaction and safety standards. - Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and training. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience as a Service Technician or similar role. - Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and customers effectively. - Ability to stay current with automotive technologies and training.
