Service Sales Executive

As an experienced Sales Representative, your role will involve visiting project sites and engaging with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for presenting company products, proposing tailored solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals. Your ability to identify business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships will be crucial to your success. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in elevators, escalators, or construction-related industries. Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and presentations are essential. You should be capable of independently managing multiple clients and accounts, staying aware of market trends and competitor activities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field would be preferred.
