You should possess extensive experience in ServiceNow development, especially with the IRM module. Your main responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of solutions that enhance risk and compliance processes. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, a deep understanding of risk management principles, and a proven track record of working on multiple products, particularly those utilizing AI technologies. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. It is essential to have at least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a specific focus on the IRM module. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations, is required. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills are a must-have, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Lead SNOW Developer, your duties will include leading the development of ServiceNow IRM solutions in alignment with business requirements and best practices. You will be overseeing the development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers. A good understanding of Operational Risk and Compliance Management processes and the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues are expected. Holding a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification is advantageous.
